About the design
The front of the shirt features the word “stay” accompanied by a semicolon (;). This symbolizes continuation, hope, and choosing to keep going.
The left sleeve displays Sam’s tattoo, inspired by the animated film Treasure Planet. The tattoo represents the song “I’m Still Here”, which plays during the scene where the camera zooms into Crescent City. This was a meaningful piece Sam had tattooed on his upper left arm, and we honor that by placing it on the same side of the shirt.
The back features the current logo for the SAM Connection Suicide Awareness 5K.
